I'm cleaning out attics, and just came upon a "Pictorial Family Register" with some info on a Chadwick-Wheeler connection. For unknown reasons, this was filled out by a J. D. Montgomery--perhaps a descendant?
Thomas A. Chadwick was born Aug. 31, 1822, in Athens, ME. Parents were Thomas Chadwick and Emma. He had four brothers and one sister [one named, see below]. He died April 7, 1885 of consumption [TB] in Berwick, ME. He's buried at the Evergreen Cem. in Berwick, ME.
Thomas A Chadwick m. Sarah Wheeler Oct 22, 1868, in York County, ME. The clergyman was Joseph H. Downs. Witnesses were William K. Downs, Patience Downs, John Clements, and Mary Clements.
Thomas's first wife had been: Frances D. Kenney, b. Mar 12 1814 in Lebanon, ME. Her father was A. Kenney; her mother's first name also began with A. She had four brothers and four sisters [not listed]. She died in Aug., 1867 and is buried in Berwick, ME. [more info on Francis is found below]
Sarah Wheeler was Thomas's second wife. She was born in Glenburn, ME, on Marcj 22, 1821. Her father was William Mann and her mother was Sherburn. Later in the record book she is listed as having a child by a Samuel Wheeler; thus her maiden name was Mann]

Emma A. Chadwick, b. Aug 21, 1846, Berwick, ME.
Second Child of First Wife [Frances]:
Rebecca F. Chadwick, b. Aug 21, 1849, in Berwick, ME. Rebecca d. Jul 26, 1870 in "Sowell, Mass." She is buried in Berwick, ME.
Third Child of First Wife [Frances]:
William H. Chadwick, b. Oct 31, 1854, in Berwick, ME. He died. Apr. 14 1865 in Berwick, Maine, and is buried there.
First Child of Second Wife [Sarah]:
Austin E. Wheeler, b. Nov 14, 18-- [incomplete entry] in Canaan, ME. Parents: Samuel Wheeler and Sarah Wheeler.
Second Child of Second Wife [Sarah]
Charles H. Wheeler, b. April 15, 18--, in Canaan, ME. Parents: Samuel Wheeler and Sarah Wheeler.
Third Child of Second Wife [Sarah]:
Fred L. Wheeler, b. May 30, 18--, Canaan, ME. Parents: Samuel Wheeler and Sarah Wheeler.
Child of Frances Kenney: Darius Blake.
At the end there is the Register of: Johnuthon [sic?] Chadwick, b. Berwick, Maine [n.d.]. Parents were Thomas Chadwick and Emma. He d. Feb 13, 1883, of Consumption, in Farmington, NH, and is buried in the Evergreen Ce. in Berwick, ME.
