Am looking for the parents of SAMUEL CHADWICK who was born Abt. 1784 in Granville Co., NC, and died Bef. 1820 in NC or GA. He married NANCY BLALOCK December 20, 1807 in Granville Co., NC, daughter of DAVID BLALOCK and FRANCES CHAMPION. She was born Abt. 1783 in NC.

i. WILLIAM SHADRICK, b. Abt. 1808, NC; m. ORRA HARRIET MADDOX, November 26, 1838, Butts Co., GA; b. Abt. 1814, GA.
ii. MARY ANN SHADRICK, b. Abt. 1809, NC; m. JOSEPH JOSIAH HARKNESS, September 23, 1830, Butts Co., GA; b. 1796; d. November 1849, Henry Co., GA.
iii. (MALE) SHADRICK, b. Aft. 1810, NC.

This individual is unknown at this time, however, it could be Jesse who appears with the Shadrick family and paid 1 poll tax in Fayette County in 1850 and 1852.
