Hi. Have made so much headway of late with my genealogy and it is great to finally connect to people who are looking for the same information and lineage I am seeking. I found answers to your questions on and under the world genconnect using those very names and got a ton of info.
My genealogy goes as follows;
(1st generation)Barb Clifford (me)m. Jeffrey Walton...16 Jan 1982 Oshawa, Ont. Canada
(2nd)Helen Watson (my mom) m. Wallace Jordon and Gordon Clifford...9 Sept 1958 Toronto, Ontario Canada
(3rd)Marie Perisema SHERBUTT(e)(Chabot) m. William Watson...5 Dec. 1900, Brock Twsp. Ontario Canada (Fenelon Falls)
(4th)Theodore Chabot m. Seraphine Laliberte...28 June 1880, St. Victoire, Quebec
(5th)Flavien Chabot m. Angelique Samson...10 Nov 1840, Levis Quebec
(6th)Francois Chabot m. Charlotte Lacasse...22 Oct 1805, St. Charles Bellechasse, Quebec
(7th)Jean-Baptiste Chabot m. Marie Lacasse...8 Aug 1782 or Apr 166, St. Charles, Bellechasse, Quebec
(8th)Jean-Baptiste Chabot m. Genevieve de Lafontaine...5 Nov. 1766, Levis Quebec
(9th) Jean-Bte Chabot m. Madeleine de Frontigny...27 Nov. or Apr 1746, St. Laurent, Ile D'Orleans, Quebec
(10th)Jean Chabot m. Eleonore Enaud(t)...?, Quebec
(11th)Mathurin Chabot m. Marie Mesange...17 Nov. 1661, Quebec Canada
(12th) Jean Chabot m. Jeanne Rode...23 Feb. 1631/32, Frontenay-le-Comte La Rochelle, Poitou, France

As you can see, it is a brief scenario to explain my relationship to our ancestors as they link into my genealogy research. If you go to these two sites, you will find info. galore on Children and parents and their descendancy. I hope this helps you somewhat in your research.
Much respect,
Barb Walton

P.s. My Greatgrandparents Theodore and Seraphine Sherbutt(e) (Chabot) changed the spelling of their name when they came to Ontario in the late 1800's due to illiteracy on both parts of the French/English census takers. They are found in the 1891 census for Fenelon Falls Ontario records as "Sherbaut". My grandma always said the spelling was wrong but was not sure of correct way...until I found my Greatgrandparents marriage records in the "Drouin" records. They later went to Port Huron Michigan were we have relatives to this day going by the spelling of "SHERBUTT(e)". I have been in contact with a few cousins from Michigan and they are so upset that our proper name has been misspelt for so long, but we are finally happy to have connected to our real families!!
