The Post-Standard, Syracuse, Onondaga, NY, 29 Sep 1949, p. 8: MRS. PEARL YOUNGS PALMER, 38, of Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, died yesterday in Syracuse Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, (Harley) Clarence Palmer; two sons, Harold (should read Howard) and Horace Palmer; her mother, Mrs. Stella Granger Youngs; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Taber; several aunts and uncles. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Gates & Carter funeral home, Baldwinsville, the Rev. John Lewien, pastor of the Baldwinsville Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview cemetery.
