Hello Bonnie, Ellen Wyble and Israel Chapin were my gr. gr. grandparents, their son Ralph Anthony Chapin, my gr. grandfather, and his son George Ralph Chapin my (wonderful) grandfather. The only thing I know about Ellen's father, Anthony, is that Ellen's parents preceded she and Israel when they moved from Ohio to Michigan. They settled in Charlotte, MI where Israel died a few months later from Pneumonia. He had been helping to clear land on the Wyble's homestead when he took sick.
