Frank Carter Welsh or Welch of Coalville Utah - may be interned in Rock Springs, Sweetwater Co, WY

I am looking for any information on this individual and his family.

Based on the information listed on my mother's birth certificate:

He was supposed to have been born in Coalville and based on his age as reported - his birthyear would be either 1901 or 1902 - depending on his birth month.

In 1928, his occupation was listed as a miner.

In 1930, [based an inability to find him on the 1930 Census for SLC] he may have been living with his inlaws or away from his family - near the mine??

In my grandmother's papers .. his parents were recorded as James and Sarah Welsh... or these may have been his grandparents [based on the little information posted to the Internet].

My grandmother's maiden name was Smith and they had three children. They divorced in 1936, while living in Salt Lake City.

He and his family reportly had ties to the Sweetwater Co area of Wyoming and according to my grandmother's records he was suppose to had died in Seattle in 1960 and interned in Sweetwater Co, WY

So far, few of the clues concerning his life and death can be verified.

If anyone has information on this individual, your help would be appreciated.

Thanks
