Hi Warren......Many, many thanks for checking for burial locations for these PEAY. I've not found any of them buried back in Kansas, and assume William "Walter" and wife Elissa/Lissa are buried in WY. They moved to WY. in 1880.
The last census/record I have for William "Walter" PEAY is the 1900 Census of Alamo Pct., Bighorn Co., WY. I've not found him in any census index after that.
A book published in 1903 says that at that time they were living in Bonanza, Big Horn Co., WY., having lived there since 1889.
Elissa/Lissa PEAY is found in the 1910 Census Index of Basin, Big Horn Co., WY., page 052, but I don't have the transcription and do not know who all is in the household.
I have not found Elissa/Lissa PEAY in the 1920 WY. Census, but did find her in the 1930 Census of Worland, Washakie Co., WY., Lissa PEAY, lodger, widow, age 73, born MN.
Again, thank you so much for checking for these PEAY. I appreciate it very much.
