Hi, this may be Laurel's family 1900 Ohio Co. Wv. Census Plate, Isabelle S. head widow age 44 born Feb. 1855 7 children 5 living born Va. Father Ireland mother Ky. William F. son age 22 born Aug. 1878 single born Ohio father Pa. mother Va. Bertha May daughter age 16 born Dec. 1883 Wv. Viola V. daughter age 11 born Sept. 1888 Wv. Harrrison R. son age 7 born Oct. 1892 Wv. Laurel S. daughter age 5 born Wv. Laurel was also living with her mother on the 1910 Wheeling, Ohio Wv. census also. Backtracting I found a William Plate on the 1880 Ohio Wv. census age 1 with father William F. Plate but mother's name was given as Ellen. You can find Isabelle PlATE'S DEATH RECORD
