Inclusive Survey 25 Jun 1806 made pursuant to an order of Pendleton County Court and approved by the Court.
Land Grant 10 Jan 1810.
JESSE HENKLE, 242 acres in Pendleton Co VA "... on both sides the south branch of Potomac, joining MOSERs, CUNNINGHAM's, McCULLOCKs, COLLEP's and JAMES PRICEs lands ... a red oak on a line of PRICEs land ... Crossing the branch to a white oak on some rocks ... crossing a ridge to a pine and white oak by a path ... a chesnut oak near the foot of a Hill ... up the hill to a pine ... sapling on a line of COLLEP's lands ... white oak by a path corner of COLLEPs and FISHERs lands ... white oaks by the branch corner of FISHER's and CUNNINGHAM's ... crossing the branch Twice ... Crossing the branch to a red oak Corner of his own former Land ... a line of MOSERs land ... a Spruce pine in a deep Valley a former Corner ... eighty acres a part thereof was conveyed to said JESSE HENKLE by GEORGE FISHER Junior and ELIZABETH his wife by deed of bargain and Sale dated on the eighth day of February eighteen hundred and four to whom the same was formerly granted by Two ___ patents for forty acres each, one dated on the twelfth ___ a798 and the other on the Twenty sixth February one thousand eight hundred ___ acres another part thereof was Conveyed to said JESSE HENKLE, by ADAM HOSER and SUSA__ his wife by deed of bargain and sale dated the 3rd July eighteen hundred and four, being part of a Tract of fifty acres formerly granted to said ADAM MOSER by patent dated the 18th ___ 1784 [?] and one hundred and fifty acres the remaining part thereof is Taken by Virtue of Land Office Treasury Warrant Number four thousand three hundred issued the 11th day of January 1806. ..."
