I am looking for descendants of Samuel Wragg, Jr (b. about 1832 in Scott Co., KY- died in the Civil War at Camp Beauregard, KY, 1864). He was married to Margaret Lindsey (or L. Margaret Lindsey)(m. Jan 17,1852 in Winston Co. MS), and had the following children:
William Wragg (Dec 26, 1853),James Wragg (1856)Benjamin Franklin Wragg (1858), Mollie E. Wragg (1860). After Sam's death, Margaret married Charles Foster Wood, and they moved to Hill Co. Texas. They had the following children: Cornelia Wood (1867), Ella Wood (1870) George Warren Wood (1871),Sarah Ann (Sallie) Wood (1873), Josephine (Josie) Wood (1876).
I have found that William Wragg married Susan Elizabeth Masters, (1859-1933. They lived in Stephens Co, Texas, purchasing a farm in 1881, and living there till 1931, when they retired, and moved to Breckenridge, Stephens Co. They died in 1933. They had the following children: Frank, Riley, Maggie, Columbus, Leonard, Mollie, Effie and Jim (or James).
I have found James Richard Wragg,(b. April 29, 1914 in Breckenridge, TX, d. May 9, 1980 in New Braunfels, TX)who married Ruby Louise Bingham (b. Aug 22, 1912 in Ft. Worth, TX)and married Aug 5, 1934 in Breckenridge, TX. They had daughter, Jimmy Lou Wragg, who married Jerry Randall Stacy, then Bryan Herrick.
Sure would like to tie these Wragg's together, and hopefully find some more information on the missing Wragg's.
