I am searching for my brother's father. His name was Herbert Wong. My brother is named after his father, his name being Herbert Michael Wong. His mother's name was Josephine Salyers of Ashland, Kentucky. We believe they met at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.
