I found Ethel and her parents Harry and Annie ACHE in the 1900 census in S. Bethlehem, Northampton Co., PA. Ethel's date of birth was listed as Apr. 1899. I found the family again in the 1910 census. (Ethel age 11) Based on that I believe this could be the family you are looking for, even though it lists James' place of birth as Scotland, not PA: 1930 Census, PA, Lehigh, Allentown City 918 S. 10th Street WOTHERSPOON James B., age 38, b. Scotland, m. at age 28, immigrated 1918, occupation - laborer, motor truck co. Ethel F., wife, age 31, m. at age 21, b. PA Lester J., son, age 14, b. PA (all children b. PA) Isabel L., dau., age 10 Gladys, dau., age 6 Raymond B., son, age 8 Joyce, dau., age 1 Let me know if you want me to send you the other census records.
