Charles E. Saffer was born Jan 1887 in Emmitsburg, Frederick, MD to Conrad Saffer and Margaret Elme. Charles is listed as a surviving son and living in Oshkosh in the obituary of his father on 1 Dec 1917. Charles is not listed as a surviving brother in the obituary of his brother, George, who died in PA, on 17 Mar 1934. Any further information on Charles would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
