I found my Thomas Heald in the 1855 state census in La Prairie,Rock Co WI. Are there any other ways that I don't know about tho find perhaps an Obit or even tax or land records? How about Church records? He was listed with his two sons Thomas R Heald and Lewis Heald. This family seemed to have ended up In Turtleville. I know that Thomas R went to Kansas in the 1880s.
