I am looking for the parents of Peter Welter born in Missouri in 1861. I beleive his parents were from Belgium. He married Louise diebold and had several children. Alvina, Bertha, Laurence, Adolph, Anna, Josephine and Charles. I am also lokking for Louise's parents. thank you
