I am looking for any information on the Watt family/Mary Watt of Washington Co and/or possibly Carroll Co. Ohio. I have an 1844 marriage notice of Mary Watt of Washington Co to John Moninger. And that's all on Mary other than oral history of death in 1867 in NE. John was from Carroll Cty and moved back to Washington Cty. sometime between 1835 and 1842. They married in 1844 in Wash. Co. and moved to NE in 1865. I accidentally found a reference on a deed to a David Watt, sheriff of Carroll Cty, so I'm wondering if maybe Mary was from Carroll Co. Any help appreciated.
