Nancy and Lafayette were Arkansas, in 1850, with Sarah, who was two years old. They were living with Davis and Rebecca Corn?. Nancy said that she and the children were all born in Kentucky.
By 1860, they had moved to Pope County, Illinois. She was with James P. Anderson. Children, besides Lafayette and Sarah, were: Mary, Jane, Christopher, Ann and John. All were born after 1850, and, except for Mary, who was born in Arkansas, they were born in Illinois.
In 1870, Nancy was still with James P.Anderson, in Pope County, Illinois. Lafayette and Sarah had left home. Mary and the others were still at home, and James, Laura and Marshall were the new children. All born after 1860, in Illinois.
