I have John W. Wallen (1877-1920) married to Pearl Foster (1880-1971) with a son named Leland D. Wallen (1904-1980). Is this the Isaac Leland you mentioned? And I believe that William Silas was married first to Pearl Stafford and had a daughter named Lenora or Lenore, and second to Faye Fisher. --

William Silas is my grandfather, he had two sons with Faye Fisher: John Louis (My father) and Richard. Both are now deceased.

In one of Cemeteries at Belmore OH (West Belmore I think) there is a tombstone for a John W. Wallen, who was born in 1877 and died in 1920 (I have a photo of the gravestone if you would like it.)

In the other Belmore cemetery (East Belmore) there is the tombstone of William H. Wallen (1846-1913) and Elizabeth E. Wallen (1850-1914). William had a son, William Silas Wallen, my grandfather.

William S. Wallen married Pearl Stafford, as you say, according to my father's recollection, and did have a daughter Lenore. William S. Wallen then did marry Faye Fisher (my grandmother).

There is also a tombstone for Franklin T. Wallen (born 1874, died 4/4/1898 @ 23y, 11m, 12days) in the same cemetary right beside the tombstone of William H. Wallen. My father said that there was an Uncle Frank, but I was never sure whether that was William H. Wallen's brother or William S., Wallen's brother. Frank would have been dead a long time before my father was born, but the right age to be William H. Wallen's younger brother.

There is also a tombstone for Sandie Wallen in the cemetery in Leipsic, OH which is about 10 miles south of Belmore. I have not seen the tombstone, only a microfilm record of the this entry.

I would be interested if you have any more information on your John Wallen and how he might be related to William H., Wallen.
