I found Lucretia in the 1920 US Fed Census. She is living in San Francisco with her parents and sister. Her parents are Arthur Wainscott (either age 30 or 38)born in Missouri, occupation blacksmith, and Nellie, age 39, born in Nebraska. Lucretia is shown as 17, born in Washington State and sister Marguerite, 15, born in Oregon. I searched 1910, but unable to locate. Since the 1910 census is listed by head of household, may mean your family was living with another and was not shown as the head. Hope this helps!
