When someone posts census information as you did, I didn't think a need to post census on what you already know. So, I've kept my response to what you were seeking. I probably also posted information you already have also:

For Isaac's obituary:
The Washington State Library has a free research service, the ask-a-librarian program, where they will look for information in the archives, in this case the newspaper microfilm for an event, such as an obituary. They will look up to an hour and send you the results. Contact them at: http://www.secstate.wa.gov/library/ask.aspx .

The Washington Death Certificate Index:
Isack (sic) Hood, death 27 March 1920, Anacortes, age 67 years, 1 month, 7 days, father George Hood. No information about cemetery (at least in the online version).

Anacortes has two cemeteries:
Grandview, 411 Hillcrest Dr, Anacortes, WA 98221 360-293-1917
Fernhill, 7427 State Route 20, Anacortes, WA 98221 360-293-3219
Grandview has some listings on www.findagrave.com. You could request a photograph of the stone, if you find him there from an obit. Or, there are a number of stones already photographed, you could check the photographer information, find one that lives there and email a request for a photo OR if they have a transcription (sometimes they will check if they're local). Doug Sinrud has taken 25 of them.

Washington Archives: http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/default.aspx has an image of the marriage:
Susan Hood married William Sturges of Whatcom County on July 24, 1922, in Seattle, King County. Witnesses were Jennie Blackwell and M.H. Cushing

Martha Hoods Marker:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=hood&GSbyrel=in&GSdyrel=in&GSst=50&GScnty=2957&GScntry=4&GSob=n&GRid=15481015&
the marker doesn't look very readible. Daughter Glady's "might" be in the same cemetery, or even with mother. I'd suggest obit request on them also, send separately.
