I checked the Kittitas County Birth Records index and did not find her birth. I did find her father, Joe Sagadini, in the index of the 1910 Census (ED 80, 29A). Since indexes sometimes have mistakes, I will try to get to the local Central WA State Archives and check the birth records there if no one else has helped you yet. It might take me a week or so to be able to get in there.
