Wanda, In the 1880 census in HorseHeads, Chemung NY I have Voigt, August male 58 widow, Lumberman, born Wurtemburg, with the following children, all b. NY; Amelia, F 27 S KH; Augusta, F 23 S; Cora F 21 S; Augustus, M 19 S; The next family appears to be another son, Voigt, Herman M 35 Marr. Miller, b NY, parents Wurtemburg; Elizabeth, F 21 Wife KH; NY, parents NY, No Name F 4/12, Feb. daughter. Could this be Samuels son August? I am trying to identify Hermans wife, and thought you might want the information on August. Jean M Bruce
