OK Marilyn I can go there and agree with you. My dad was in Vietnam for three tours I believe it was and I can assure everyone that he didn't think it was fake. I have read paperwork from medals he received while there, they talked about how he worked his way to and took out a couple of machine gun nests singlehanded and saved his platoon. On a lighter note, there was a Disney movie made about one of his accomplishments while there, it is called "Operation Dumbo Drop", not many good things came from this war but this was one of them.
