Was used very commonly by the troops as a coping mechanism. There were things that went on that were beyond what the human mind could tolerate and to be able to cope with these things we would say It Don't mean nuthin and believed it another day would come maybe and another day would go. It was a way for us to survive was part of war we couldn't look at so we didn't we putit out of our minds and it has come back to haunt many veterans in later years. The Iraq war is bringing many back many buried memories to surface and causing stress and emotional problems with a lot of us. We were kids 18 and 19 years old put in situations that the human mind was not made to comprehend so nature took its course and helped us survive with the attitude It don't mean nothing. Maybe hard for you to understand if you don't know where I'm coming from then you don't know where we have been.
