What document does a Soldier at a funeral read? Recently a Louisiana Major read a document at a soldier's funeral and presented his family with a Purple Heart. But no one has the exact words that he reads. Email to the Louisiana National Guard go unanswered. Where is a copy of that document and what are the words?
