Vicki ~ I pulled the logs regarding HADNOT - and it was a separate incident. His squad had found a bobby-trapped punji pit, and while blowing it up, it denotated another larger round that the VC had tied to it next to him. I don't have the 25th Med Bn records, but if you get to me off-line I'll show you how to get them for Stewart if this is something you want to pursue further. Bruce.
