I am looking for descendants of Louis Alexander Vidal, bc. 1791, Canton of Marseille, Dept. of Boca del Vonne, France; married Victorina de LaBaume, before Dec 1832, Bexar Co, TX, probably San Antonio. He applied in Nacogdoches Co, TX to be admitted as a Colonist, among the families seated by Stephen F. Austin. He was 41 yrs old when he applied for Land. His wife was 26 yrs old, and a native of Nacogdoches, TX. She was the daughter of Joseph (Jose) de LaBaume.
Per 1850 Bexar Co, TX census; he is listed as: Alexander VIDALES, 65, Doctor, France; Victorina, 45, TX; Alexandro, 21, TX; Louisa, 15, TX. Any connections to this family??? Thanks, Sharon
