I have a Phillip Varnes connected with my family. In an 1850 Census from Sugar Creek, Tuscarawas, Ohio:
Phillip Varnes (47) married to Margaret Ritter/Varnes (35) with following children and Margaret's parents:
Sarah (13)
Catherine (10)
John B. (8)
Caroline (6)
Jacob (3)

William Ritter and wife Hannah Little/Ritter

Then in an 1880 Census from Crawford, Coshocton, Ohio:
Caroline Varnes (47) married to George Varnes (46) with following children:
William H. (25)
Mary (23)
Lucinda (19)
Elizabeth (15)
Charles (12)
Frederick D. (9)
Octava E. (5)

Octava E Varnes married Charles Holderbaum and had following children:
William Holderbaum
Mildred Margaret Holderbaum
Forrest Holderbaum
Willard Holderbaum

Mildred Margaret Holderbaum married (1st)Ernest Somers (2nd)Carl Somers (3rd)Henry Fannin had following children:

(2nd) marriage
Carl Somers
Mary Somers/Wright
Dorothy Somers/Lewis

(3rd) marriage
Evelyn Fannin/Hermon
Ilene Fannin/Coffee
Norma Fannin/Lang/Fearon
June Fannin/Eddy
Junior Fannin
Robert Fannin

My mother was Norma Fannin/Lang/Fearon



William and Hannah Ritter were my Great x 5 grandparents
Phillip and Margaret Varnes were my Great x 4 grandparents
George and Caroline Varnes were my Great x 3 grandparents
Charles and Octava Varnes were my Great x 2 grandparents
Henry and Mildred Fannin were my Grandparents
Hartsel Lang and Norma Lang/Fearon were my Parents
