My grandmother;s maiden name was Grace A. Van Houten. Her mother was Rebecca Horton. Grace was born July 1, 1880 in Vernon. New Jersey. I can't find out her father's first name or anything about him. I tried calling Vernon, New Jersey vital records, and was told they don't have records from that time. I didn't know my grandmother. i met her only once when I was about 8 or 9. grace married Alfred bush Ronk and lived in Suffern, New York after he was married. Does anyone know anything about this?
