I have been reading about the Woolen Mill in
Charlottesville ,va and his name is listed as being
connected with it.
He was married to a Ida Payne,dau. of William Payne
of Fluvanna co.Va
I had ancestors in Fluvanna County and also
on the Woolen Mill Road in Charlottesville,Va

My grgrandfather was John R.Pace b. 1809
His wife was Elizabeth P.(Payne?) b. abt. 1816
their son was John Walker Pace b. 1843( my grandfather)
His dau.Mary Elizabeth Pace m. James E.Hudson
and they lived at 1516 E. Market St.(woolen Mill Rd)
James Hudson was a supervisor at the Woolen Mill
He was married earlier and had three children
He and my Aunt had no Chidren
He died before I was born in 1934
and is buried in Riverview Cemetery in Charlottesville

Where are the Charlottesville Valentines??
