I had just called the court house in Culpeper county VA. Apparently they do not look up any vital records and mail them out anywhere. I am hoping that someone who lives in or near the area could look this record up for me? The person that I am trying to find out more about is: John Lee Thompson. He was born 31 Jan. 1877 in Lignum Culpeper Co. Virginia. His parents were Henry Clay Thompson and Fannie Field(s). I am just trying to find out any thing that I can about them. I know that they were a Mulatto family, and I am trying to trace back to see who the owners may of been etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Tina in AZ.
