Hi Paula, since I last posted on this forum I have found a little bit more information on RANDOLPH KIRK or KIRKE of Westmoreland Co VA.
RANDOLPH or RANDALL KIRK & SARAH (maiden name unknown) HINDMASSE married before May 16, 1677 Westmoreland County; RANDOLPH previously married to AMY (mnu), who must have died by 30 June 1673; bride SARAH was widow of 1) Jno BURT and 2) Thomas HINDMASSE; she married 4th) to Nicholas SILVESTER.

"Thomas Beale & RANDOLPH KIRK granted 1000 acres Westmoreland Co VA25 Sept 1668 between Potomac and Rappahannock Rivers, for transporting 30 persons" (Patent Book 6, p 128)
Jan 13 1670 "Peter Dankin (Dunkin) planter bot 450 acres land on North Ricer (River?) from RANDOLPH KIRK Westmoreland Co VA near Nomini River".
1670 Westmoreland Co VA; Will of RANDOLPH KIRK as per Westmoreland Co Deeds & Wills 1653-1671, as found in 'Supplement to History of Dodson-Dotson Family". I have not been able to find a copy of these books or a copy of the will.
RANDOLPH KIRK wrote his will 1670, but it appears he was alive at least until 1688. possibly later.
"He (Luke Thornton) and his son Luke Thornton Jr were deeded additional land in Westmoreland Co VA 29 May 1700 by RANDOLPH KIRK (Westmoreland O.B. 1698-1705 p 81a)

I still believe that my ancestor RANDOLPH K MILLER b 1650, of Lancaster Co VA was related to or named after RANDOLPH KIRK. The part of Lancaster Co VA in which MILLER lived was originally Westmoreland County VA. I suspect that RANDOLPH K MILLER's mother was sister to RANDOLPH KIRK. This is just a working theory at this time, no real proof as yet. Still trying to find a copy of RANDOLPH KIRK's will.
Yours, Betty T
