From all the pieces that I can put together, I strongly believe she is the daughter of Drury/Drewry Parker and Elizabeth Barham. Her grandparents the Barhams were living nextdoor to the Stewards in Sussex County. When her mother died and Drury Parker remarried, I believe she could have stayed with grandparents. Elizabeth's sister was Lucretia Barham who married a DeLoach. In Drewry's will he mentions his daughter Lucy, but does not give her married name.
When Lucretia Steward's daughter Elizabeth married Gray Gilliam, their surety is Col. Stephen Temple, whose wife was in the Barham lineage.
When my ancestor moved to Greene County, GA, two of his friends/witnesses were his Barham cousins, a Newsom and a Myrick.
When Frederick P. Steward/Stuart moved to KY, he lived near his Sussex County, VA, friends and relatives, one being a Charles Barham.
I had email from a Frederick Stuart descendant from San Francisco, CA, area, about three years ago who stated Frederick P. Stuart's mother was a Lucretia Parker, and his middle name was Parker. This is all the evidence I can gather.
Hope you can add more.
