You provided no dates, so after a little looking I can only assume that this is the Samuel and Ann you are referring to. From “Loudoun Co Marriages 1757-1853” by Wertz: Gregg, Samuel, son of Thomas and Rebekah Gregg & Ann Sinclear, dau. of James and Mary Sinclear. m. 15 June 1785. Fairfax Monthly Meeting. You also did not state when they might have migrated. There are several Samuel Greggs in Loudoun around the time of the above marriage.
