I just gave an answer on to your query on the Fairfax family site. You give more information on this query. A complete index for wills up to 1951 can be viewed on microfilm via Interlibrary Loan from the Library of Virginia. Fairfax Reed 36 contains: General Index to Wills 1, 1742 - 1855 and Index to Wills, Etc., 1855 - 1951. Once you have the book and page you can write to the courthouse for a copy. According to the online Fairfax newspaper database ( http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/library/virginia/varoom/newsindx/) there are the following: Fairfax Herald 6/27/1919 page 02 King George E. Obit. Of Vienna Fairfax Herald 6/27/1919 page 03 King George Edward Obit. Former Vienna mayor Information posted on the Library site as to obtaining copies: Patrons located outside the Library's service area may submit one order at a time, requesting up to a maximum of 10 citations per order, for $.50 a page (some articles may be more than one printed page) plus $2.50 postage and handling, by contacting the Virginia Room at 703-293-6383 or by e-mail at va_room@fairfaxcounty.gov.
