Your comment that "assuming the migrant squatters (from PA) for all intent and purposes, they were non existent beings-withoug official documentation in the County (Fairfax then)". A number of settlers from PA and NJ leased land from Lord Fairfax. I have a copy of a lease from Lord Fairfax to my 5th great grandfather for 200 acres of land in Loudoun County dated 1763. Two years later, he sold this lease to another individual.
Regardless, I am searching for the same information concerning the 1743 Indian raid that you are seeking. Since I live in Virginia, I have gone through a number of references, and have not seen documentation concerning this raid. If I find any information, I will post a message.
