Can anyone shed any light on this: Benjamin B. Davis b. in Winchester May 1821, was a slave according to the information I have read, he had 9 kids, one of his kids also born in Winchester was Louis Patrick Henry Davis b. July 1844. Louis's wife is Henrietta Stewart. Does anyone know about the family that might of owned the Davis slaves, I am looking for more information on Benjamin B. Davis and the slave holders in Winchester VA. Thanks Shelley
