I am in search of some information and I am hoping that there is someone out there that is familiar with this line that can help me. Here goes....

William CASON married Sarah BEASLEY, 14 Oct 1782, in Buckingham Co., VA.

I am trying to find the names of their children.

I have found in early VA Censuses;

1). 1820 Buckingham Co., VA Census lists;

Salley CAYSON, Jr., New Canton, Page 42.

2). 1830 Buckingham Co., VA Census lists;

Salley CASON, Page 496?

3). 1840 Buckingham Co., VA Census lists;

Sarah CASON, Jr., Page 373.

Maybe it was possible that Sarah / Salley CASON was widowed at an early age. But, she did appear to have alot of children, unless that there were some of her grandchildren living in her household too.

I am trying to find out if a Judith CASON, born 1819, probably in Buckingham Co., VA, was possibly a daughter or a grandaughter of William CASON and Sarah BEASLEY.

Judith CASON lived with the Enoch Benjamin BRIGHTWELL, (my GGG-Grandfather), family in the 1840 Buckingham Co., VA Census. Enoch BRIGHTWELL was enumerated right next door to the Sarah CASON, Jr., household. Both families were listed on page 373.

Judith CASON lived with the BRIGHTWELL family for about 11 years according to record. And she was a childhood playmate of Enoch's wife, Mary Allen BALDWIN BRIGHTWELL (daughter of Pleasant and Elizabeth BALDWIN). Judith CASON came to (West) Virginia with the BRIGHTWELLS when the family migrated to Greenbrier Co., about 1846.

Judith CASON married Isaac C. MCCUTCHEON, 1851 in Greenbrier Co., VA. After she married Isaac C. MCUTCHEON, the family lived first in Greenbrier Co., then to Nicholas Co., and Clay Co., and then finally settling in Kanawha Co., VA, now WV, near Charleston.

Any help with these families would be greatly appreciated. And I would be happy to share what info I have. And I have to say that I do have a lot of info to share about these family lines if anyone is interested.

Thank you in advance.
