WILLIAM A. TIPTON, b. 1839 in VA. He married NANCY JANE HOARD, 1859 in TAlladega CO., AL. In the 1900 AL Census he stated that his father was b. in VA and mother in TN. On WILLIAM's death certificate it states that his father was ISAAC TIPTON, b. in VA and mother UNKNOWN. Please help me jlh
