Do you have any knowledge of a Thomas Atkinson who lived in Sussex Co., Va. and was married to Nancy Fannin, daughter of Bryan Fannin & Permelia Hobbs. This surname has been spelled Fanin & Fennell in Sussex Co., Va. records. After the death of Thomas Atkinson (prior to 1833) his widow, Nancy, married William Winfield, also of Sussex Co., Va.
