John Rogers died 09 Aug 1790 I have not posted about this line in approximately two years. I am hoping since then someone has started to research John Rogers born abt 1725, married abt 1746 and died 09 Aug 1790 in Fairfield County, SC. I descend from his son Joseph Rogers born 17 sept 1750 in Amelia County, VA, died after 1835 in Bedford County, TN. I know Joseph had the following sisters and brothers and would like very much to share information with anyone researching any of these Rogers. Henry Rogers m Elizabeth Mobley; James Rogers m Mary "Polly" Mobley; Mary Jane Rogers died aft 1790 because she is mentioned in John's will; Richard Rogers also died aft 1790; Thomas Rogers also died aft 1790; William A. Rogers m isabella "Sibby" Ledford; and Frances "Fannie" Rogers born 20 Oct 1756 died aft 16 May 1846in Fairfield County, SC m William Mobley. My cousin and myself have been working diligently on these lines for many years and would like very much to communicate with anyone searching these lines. One more name-BEATRICE TIMMS??? If anyone has any information about this lady-even the smallest clue-please let me hear from you. I know she was a direct descendant of Joseph and might hold the key to learn more about John.
