Robert and Martha also had a son named Robert. He was given land before his parents died: (Amelia Co., Va. DB 5:435) April 22, 1756. Robert (X) Vaughan and Martha his wife of Raleigh Parish to Robert Vaughan, Jr. of same...love and affection for their son Robert...200 acres on lower side of Flatt Creek adjoining lines of William Booker, Vaughans Creek, the first branch making out of creek below said Vaughans plantation where he now lives...Martha Vaughan relinquished dower.
