Hi Charlie, Nice to hear from an "Alleghany" guy! I can't remember any Leighton's that lived here with the exception of an Ernie Leighton who lived on Prospect St.,any relation? I was married to a Covington man, Wayne Berkley Boswell who passed away in Nov.97, who graduated from Covington High School in 1957. He has a brother Ronald Boswell, who still lives in Charlottesville, their parents were Lee & Daisy Boswell. Does any of this ring a bell?? Did you graduate from Covington H.S. also? Sorry to ask so many questions, but guess that is why we like genealogy so much, right?? Mary
