When I try to login I keep getting a message telling me that GenForum's Security Certif. has expired or is invalid.
I have never had this happen before. Nothing on my computer has changed and my security system is Current, and when I wrote to GenForum about this the message I got back was for me to check the Date, Time and Time Zone of my computer???
Its All correct too, can someone please help me here.
In order to get here I had to Reluctantly click on the "ignore this message and go on to site" which said it was Not recommended that I do that, but my Security didn't pop up with anything to block me either, so I'm really confused as to why I am getting this message from your site.
And the answer I got back from the Admin. was even more confusing...there was no explanation or anything just that one comment about the Time Zone??? What does that have to do with GenForum's Security Certificate being Expired or Invalid??
Can anyone explain this a bit better and perhaps have some other suggestions for this problem.
Also I am an avid poster here and within the last couple of months or so I have noticed that getting onto these boards is taking anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes to load...Really Really S L O W, what is happening? I'm not getting any of the "Pop Ups blocked..." notices from my Security system, so I don't believe its that. I run a 64 bit processor with Win 7 Pro and it used to work just beautifuly with this site, and now all of a sudden I can hardly get onto these boards and every action (post a message, check the last 7 days, Search....) everything is taking a Long Time to load and open.
I hope you can get this fixed or maybe others here have experienced this as well and will have suggestions as to what they did to help speed it up.
Thanks for any help.
