The fact that Dion, the child of the first Michelle has no wife and that Dion, child of the second Michelle has a wife tells me Dion is also duplicated in the file. This could be handled in one of two ways.
Merge the two Dionís.
Copy Paste any sources unique to the unmarried Dion to the married Dion and them delete the single Dion.
If there are different notes for each Dion you will have to figure out how to combine them no matter what approach you take.
This problem with duplicated individuals implies to me that two or more genealogies were merged together. My one experience with file merges, many years and FTM versions ago, resulted in some of the same problems. That is why I donít do file merges.
