Tonni, I'll show you what I have so you can research this:
In the 1900 census in Comal county Tx,It reads like this:
Urdiales,Antonio,6/1859 (M)married 22 yrs,12children,6 living from mexico. Immigrated in 1897, Naturalization-AL-farm worker.
Estephana 5/1860 (F) born Mexico
Refugio 3/1882 (F) born Mexico
Eugenio 9/1886 (M) born Mexico
Michael 9/1881 (M) born Mexico
Lorenzo 12/1892 (M)born Mexico
Bonifacio 6/1898 (M) born Texas

There seems to be some confusion, if you look at Estephana, she appears to be your great-grandfathers wife. Although, you say his wife was Rosa Vallejo. You might want to check this out, I have seen in other census that Estaphana born that date, her last name was Cantu.
Here is what is above Antonio Urdiales's name in the 1900 cenus: (my great-grandfather is below)
Urdiales, Matias 1/1845 (M) married 22 yrs,12children,10 living from Mexico,Immigrated in 1875,Naturalization-AL-farm labor.
Julia 2/1860 (F)from Mexico
Agrapina 6/1878 (F) born Texas
Maria 2/1881 (F)born Texas
Romolo 7/1883 (M)born Texas
Marcelina 6/1884 (F) born Texas
Fidel 4/1887 (M) born Texas
Anestasio 6/1884 (F) born Texas
Matthias 3/1892 (M) born Texas
Leonardo 7/1883 (M) born Texas
Cydia 8/1896 (F) born Texas
Catarina 2/1898 (F) born Texas
My family has confirmed that Julia was my great-grandmother, and I have it documented on my grandfathers death certificate. Fidel is my grandfather. There is another child that was not on the cenus because he was born in 1901. It is Ross Urdiales. Maybe you can ask some of your relatives if they recognize any of these names, it will be great if we can link all of this together! Keep in touch, Rose Urdiales.
