I use Windows 98 - UFT3 - 9 out of 10 times I cant open my program - nothing happens - I have to do ctrl/alt/delete to end the task to close the program - and I cant figure out what I do different to get it to open....I do know that it only opens when I am off line - I usually just keep it open all the time until the electricity goes out and bingo, I cant open the program again.......any ideas???
