Dorothy, I checked all the various spellings of Tyree (Tyra, Tyrah, Tyre, Tiri, Tyrie, Tyry, Tyrye, Tyryr and Tyree) listed in the book index and there were no Merrill or Murrel or any form of the word that I thought might apply. Sorry. Charles
