I will host the license to imageshack or photobucket and leave a link. I am not feeling up to wrestling with it. I have been on Texas's vital records website, and was nonplussed with the difficulty of getting a copy of the death certificate from them. I did visit try Fold3 as well; but they have yet to index the entire record. I suspect that Charley's is one of the many death certificates awaiting indexing. I will try with the county clerk's office tomorrow. I did also post to the North Carolina and Smith boards; and I thank you for the advice. -Bo Smith
