Attempting to research Samuel Ayer. He married the daughter of my ggg grandfather Timothy Lee, Sr. of Barbour County, Alabama. My understanding is that they moved at an unknown date to Wood County, Texas. He is reported to have died 08/1870 in Wood County, Texas. Back in 1999 on the Lee genforum site a Terry Ayer posted some information. Would like very much to communicate with Terry or anyone else that has information they share. Bryan T.
